Through a creative process in close cooperation with customers, our mutual visions and ideas are realized in the form of new and further developments. We seek active dialogue with endusers, machine builders and engineers, and we are receptive to new ideas, external stimuli and constructive criticism.
In this way, both we and our needles undergo a continuous process of development. We are not satisfied until our customers are.
Each new needle represents the culmination of in-depth research and development work. Determining factors here are the processing of new materials, optimization of productivity and the design of new machines. Close contact with our partners, customers, users and machine builders ensures that the needle and machine engineering concept are ideally coordinated.
Our own research also plays a key role in the success of newly developed needles. Groz-Beckert's fundamental research program may already lay claim to a number of pioneering developments in the field of needle technology.
State-of-the-art CAD technology and the creativity of our engineers form the foundation for mold-breaking new developments. At present high-tech work stations in our R&D department, new needle models are processed right through to the series production stage. During this vital phase, objective test and simulation techniques guarantee the user maximum reliability when it comes to industrial production.
